Jason See - President

I was born in Peru, IN and raised in Macy.  I grew up on a dairy farm with a brother, Todd, and a sister, Alissa.  I graduated from North Miami High School. After school, I married my wife Katrina. We will be married 27 years this July (wow, time flies!).  We have a son, Austin. He and his wife, Katelyn, live in San Antonio. Our daughter, Allyson, is in Lafayette finishing a nursing degree. She is scheduled to marry Aaron this coming September.

I served in the US Navy as a legal assistant for 2 ½ years.  After my discharge, I worked at Dean Foods from 1998 until 2008.  Then I transitioned to my current role as Chaplain at Woodlawn Hospital (2008 – present).

I enjoy reading, playing golf, and spending time with family.  If it’s a biography or an enrichment book, I’ll read it. If we can get a tee time, I’ll play.  When the family is able to get together, I’ll go. We enjoy being outdoors at the pool, on the lake, or at a campfire.

I am excited to provide the youth in our community a safe and supportive place to call their own.

Terry Lee - Vice President

Terry’s interest in The Outlet Youth Center came out of his volunteer time with Rochester Community Schools and with the Jobs For America’s Graduates (JAG) program. High School students two years in a row wrote a business plan for a youth center predominantly because they wanted a “safe place” they could go after school for fun, relaxation, help with studies and mentorship opportunities.
Terry is proud to be involved with The Outlet and to represent Fulton County as Executive Director of Fulton Economic Development Corporation. He enjoys working to make Fulton County a better place for all citizens and businesses alike.

- Tea (when it's clear I've hit my coffee limit)
- Reading (Library card, the packed shelves of Pete & Freddy's & my bookmark = essentials)
- Doing anything outside - hiking, biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, walking, lounging, and the occasional hammock nap
- Cooking (and eating...definitely eating.)

Letecia Timmel

My name is Letecia Timmel and I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.

My interest in The Outlet came about through my work with at-risk youth over the past 15 years. Building relationships with youth and families and hearing about the needs of those youth and families helped me recognize the need for the youth center and the urgency for it. I have been excited to have the privilege of working alongside such a great board and am looking forward to the continued efforts in getting this center going to help support families.

I have been involved in community mental health for the past fifteen years and am a strong advocate for youth and families.

I have always been a soccer fan; spending most of my childhood and young adulthood playing the sport. I believe that my time playing on multiple teams has helped build my resilience off the field as well as shape my perspective and values related to teamwork, accountability, responsibility, and determination. Engaging strengths is at the core of my clinical work.
